Organisations and Multi-Org
Common questions about organisations and belonging to more than one of them.
Can One Account Belong to More Than One Organisation?
Yes. A single account can hold memberships in many organisations, each with its own role. You sign in once and move between organisations without signing out. See Switching Organisations.
Why Am I Asked to Choose an Organisation After Signing In?
Because you belong to more than one. The select-an-organisation screen lets you pick which one to enter. Turn on Remember my last organisation to skip it next time, either on that screen or in Preferences.
How Do I Switch Organisations?
If you belong to more than one organisation, use the organisation switcher in the Admin layout. It only appears when you have more than one membership. See The organisation switcher.
Can I Bookmark a Specific Organisation?
Yes. The organisation you're in is part of the page URL, so you can bookmark or reload a page to return to the same organisation. If you no longer have access to that organisation, you'll see a not-found page.
I Opened a Link and Got a "Not Found" Page
The organisation in the link either doesn't exist or you don't have access to it (for example, your membership was removed). Ask an administrator to invite you and accept the invitation. See Invalid or inaccessible organisations.
What Can I Change About an Organisation?
Organisation settings
At the organisation level you can change the organisation name and the point of contact. Everything else is either product configuration (inside CX or Outreach) or people management (in User Management). Only Org Admins can change organisation settings. See Organisation Settings.
Which Region Is My Organisation In, and Can I Change It?
Your organisation is hosted in one region, chosen at sign-up, and it can't be changed afterwards. See Regions and data residency.
