Preferences

The Preferences section controls how your account behaves at sign-in and lets you delete your account.

Remember My Last Organisation​

If you belong to more than one organisation, you're normally asked which organisation to enter each time you sign in (the select-an-organisation screen).

Turn on Remember my last organisation to skip that screen and go straight back into the organisation you last used.

Only relevant with multiple memberships

This preference is only available when you belong to two or more organisations. If you have fewer than two memberships there's nothing to choose between, so the option is unavailable.

You can change this preference at any time. You can also switch organisations after sign-in from the organisation switcher.

Delete Your Account​

Deleting your account is permanent. It removes all of your organisation memberships and hard-deletes your account — there's no undo.

  1. Open Manage Account from your profile menu.
  2. Go to the Preferences section.
  3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

When You Can't Delete Your Account​

To protect organisations from being left without an administrator, you can't delete your account while you're the last Org Admin of any organisation.

If you're the last Org Admin in one or more organisations, the delete confirmation lists those organisations and blocks the deletion. To proceed, for each affected organisation either:

  • promote another member to Org Admin so you're no longer the last one, or
  • leave the organisation if that's appropriate.

Once you're no longer the last Org Admin anywhere, you can delete your account.

Deleting your account can't be reversed. If you only want to step away from a single organisation, leave that organisation instead of deleting your account.
