Signing In
You sign in to the NeonNow Admin app with the email address and password for your account.
Sign In with Email and Password
- Go to the NeonNow Admin app sign-in screen.
- Enter your email address and continue.
- Enter your password and choose Sign In.
Use the right URL for your region
Your organisation is hosted in a specific region, and each region has its own sign-in URL. Make sure you're signing in at the URL for your organisation's region — if you're not sure which one to use, ask your administrator.
What happens next depends on how many organisations you belong to:
| Your memberships | What you see after signing in |
|---|---|
| One organisation | You go straight into that organisation. |
| More than one organisation | You're asked to select an organisation, unless you've chosen to remember your last one. |
| None | You land on the no-membership page, where you can still manage your account. |
Forgotten Your Password?
If you can't remember your password, choose Forgot password on the sign-in screen and follow the reset flow.
Don't Have an Account Yet?
Accounts are created either by signing up through the AWS Marketplace, or by accepting an invitation to an organisation. If you were invited, the invitation email guides you through setting up your account.
