Forgot Password

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself from the sign-in screen without contacting support.

Reset Your Password

  1. On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password.
  2. Enter your email address and submit. If an account exists for that address, a verification email is sent to it.
  3. Enter the 6-digit code from that email on the verification screen. The email may take a moment to arrive and could land in your spam folder; you can request a new code if it doesn't show up.
  4. Set a new password and confirm it.
  5. Sign in with your email address and your new password.

If you know your current password and just want to change it, you don't need this flow — use Security in your account instead.
